Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday., with the exception of holidays. We strive for orders placed before 1:00 to ship out that day and any order placed after 1:00 will ship out the next business day. Dependent on the method of shipping you select your package should arrive between 1 to 5 days. If you have questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at hello@saintcrewe.com .
Saint Crewe ships to the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship 2nd day Air.
The only methods of shipping are USPS and FedEx.
We do not ship to post office boxes.
If an insufficient or incomplete address is provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Please contact us at hello@saintcrewe.com if you have not received your order within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Should you order be damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged product and send to hello@saintcrewe.com and contact the carrier.
