Refund policy

We know you are going to love your Saint Crewe products! However, if you need to make a return please contact us at hello@saintcrewe.com for a return authorization prior to shipping your product.

Returns are only accepted if purchased from SaintCrewe.com with valid order number. Product must be unopened, unused and returned in original packaging in good condition within 30 days of placing your order.

Return Rules:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of order placement
• Customer provides return shipping
• 10% restocking fee applied to all returns
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund
• Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for returns, only complete sets

Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Saint Crewe is not responsible for any loss or damage to the return. Please ensure to package your return appropriately to avoid damage to packaging and product and use a reliable shipping carrier.
