I’m not your typical beauty brand founder. As a licensed therapist working with college-aged women—and a mom to two young kids—I’ve seen firsthand how skincare is more than just products. It’s tied to confidence, self-care, and the way we show up for ourselves.

I’ve also noticed that many skincare trends ignore what skin really needs for both an instant glow and long-term skin health. Too often I see harsh products and anti-aging actives causing breakouts, sensitivity, and harm to young skin. When Erin shared her vision for Saint Crewe, I knew I had to be part of it. As a mom to two girls—one with sensitive skin—I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it is to find skincare that’s both safe and truly effective.

With 30 years in beauty and wellness, I’ve helped shape some of the most trusted clinical brands, including growing SkinCeuticals from the ground up to its home at L’Oréal. My career spans marketing, product development, and collaborations with leading universities on breakthrough formulations and clinical studies—creating products that are not only effective but, most importantly, safe.

At Saint Crewe, we went the extra mile to ensure our products are both safe and high-performing—partnering with dermatologists and conducting additional third-party clinical testing to verify that every formula is gentle enough for sensitive skin yet powerful enough to deliver real, measurable results.
